Hello, I hope you can help. I've been trying to research what firmware my DVR needs. I don't even know what MFR model is it. I think it's a HIKVISION but that's the closest I know about it, I don't know which model counterpart it has. I tried looking all over for "TVST STI708", only got 1 result and it did not have any reference on firmware and email not sending.
Using the iVMS-4200 admin tool, I see that it's firmware is V3.1.2 build 150523
Encoding V5.0 build 141218
I'm pretty sure about my network settings and I'm certain that a firmware update is needed. I just don't know which package to load using the Hikvision firmware tools for fear of bricking my DVR.
Can someone point me to the right direction? Thanks a lot!
