Got my first NVR this week from Andy. It’s a basic Dahua 4108. I have been using smart pss software for the last few years for my cameras.
the NVR is so much better. I have a few Chinese hacked 4631c-a cameras as well as a of couple legit English dahuas and they all work flawlessly.
viewing cameras is simple, recording and playback is so simple. Everything works in crystal clear 4K and even my hikvision cameras work over onvif.
Very impressed.
Just one thing I can’t figure out is how to default the hikvision onvif to always use the 2nd stream rather than main stream. Any ideas please? Whenever I switch views it puts the hikvision camera on main stream which then puts a strain on the ivms storage server I have running. Thanks.
