My Login Info Suddenly Dosent Work For Ip cam

i have this cam that i can access jpeg web capture version of it with user name admin and password empty but suddenly from 3 days ago i cant access it from the login page but i still have access through web capture .

here you go , see i can access jpeg feed from the link that mentions the same user and pass as before which are admin and empty but from the actual login page online i have issues

If the password was empty somebody could have stopped by that IP address, logged in and changed it?

im traveling right now and dont have access to the physical device to change it right now but i will , and secondly if the password has changed why am i seeing the camera still via web capture ?
