My NVR stuck on NVR logo ? Need Firmware Update !

Hey guys! My IP Camera NVR is stuck at NVR logo ,so I want to flash firmware via USB pen drive. My H.265 NVR Model No. is NR-6509. I tried to find firmware for this model on google but I failed, because I don't know the company of NVR and there is no Company Logo on NVR. So plz can anyone provide me firmware file or link to download for my NVR ?
 
For starter you would need serial connection to UART 4pin connector directly on board.

Please use search option on this forum to search UART,TTL, putty. There are at least 3 threads with links where to buy them or how to make them.

So for start get yourself that cable

Bro can't I connect it with Ethernet cable or HDMI cable?
 
Therefor using network wont do much, since your device stuck before network part is even initialized.

Network port needs to be forced by commands to accept firmware via TFTP server. And in order to use commands you needs to connect it via Serial or SSH, and since SSH require network, we are left with serial connection.

okk Dear, So I have the only option to connect it with UART 4pin connector ?
