Need a dump for my Dahua DH-NVR5232-4KS2

I need a dump for my Dahua DH-NVR5232-4KS2.
The recorder stopped booting after a disk was connected to a working recorder without a disk.
Now the recorder is turned on (the cooler is spinning), but there is no image output to the monitor. Also LEDs on the network card are not active.
I have a minipro tl866 ii plus programmer and the necessary tsop48 adapters.
I also have a Uart cable.
I need a firmware dump.

When you remove the hard disk and turn on the recorder, only the LED indicating the presence of power is lit on the recorder. And the fan is spinning.
The image on the monitor does not appear at all. LEDs on the network port also do not light up.
The recorder emits a constant (non-intermittent) beeping sound.
I tried removing the disk and changing the power supply... That didn't work.
