Loud is very subjective. I've helped install a couple of IP cam systems from Laview. (rebranded Hiks) and would not consider the NVR's as loud at all. Could not hear them standing right in front of them.
I have no experience with Dahua's NVR.....yet.

bedrooms are usually poor locations to centralize all this wiring and switches, etc..

you can always remote install the NVR; mine's in the basement.. and displays on the TV in my living room w/a 35ft HDMI cable I ran through the wall.

Ok sounds good maybe thats what i will do then just run a long hdmi, so will both of these be compatible and be decent im going to order:
