need advice on low bandwidth greenhouse cam solution

Need to set up a couple cameras to monitor a greenhouse in Colorado for my daughter. Cameras will be used for checking the health of the plants maybe twice a day at most so I was planning on scheduling an hourly snapshot. There's no cabled Wi-Fi to that location so I'll have to use a 4G LTE modem/router. I like to keep the bandwidth utilization as low as possible because I'd like to avoid an unlimited wireless plan. Should I just use the camera's memory for storage and viewing? Any recommendations on a camera or anything else is appreciated. I currently have 7 cameras and blueiris running at my home but I'm a newbe to this remote greenhouse situation. Thanks
