Need advice to change HikVision XVR DS-7816HQH-F1-N to English Firmare

I recently purchased the HikVision XVR DS-7816HQH-F1-N. When I try to add an IP Camera using the HIK and ONFIV protocols, the "Language Mismatch" error appears. I don't see any other protocol when adding camera, only 2 protocols above. It seems that the XVR I bought is the Chinese version, while all my IP Cameras are the English version.
Please advise what should I do so that the IP camera can be connected to the XVR?

Optimistic - but maybe the seller has some advice, or would accept a return / refund request.

^+1 - They are usually hard coded by region, so even IF you didn't brick the NVR, the cameras may still not connect.

Yeah. Is there a way to convert the firmware region to become English?
