Hello Guys, i have received a project, in which any advise / suggestions are welcome.

I will be installing about 130 camera's of Hikvision, all 4Megapixel with h265+ option. They all will be spread across like 7pc 24Ports Switches( 2 Gigabit uplink )
Will place 3 recorders, all 64 Channel, without Poe ports
And we have to install screens / monitors ( like 40 pieces. ) I want to place 4ch NVR behind each Screen, and ADD to 4 ip cameras as the client wants. OF course this is huge bandwith, and i want all to run smooth.

Is it neccessary to run GIGABIT to all camera''s ?

I suspect this system is way bigger and more complex that what just about any member of this forum has dealt with. I personally appreciate it when forum members who don't have an answer refrain from posting their opinion or seemingly logical guess. Having said that, and assuming I understand the question correctly, I can't think of any situation where running a gigabit link to any 4 MP camera would provide an advantage, much less be necessary. A 100 megabit connection is way faster than what the camera will ever transmit. Gigabit between the switches and the NVR, of course with that large a system.

Advice - don't tender projects that you're not capable of
Suggestion - sub contract it to someone who does
