Need camera suggestion to see barn from 80 - 100ft away.

Barn has exterior lighting. Need to mount a camera onto home with varifocal lense to view barn. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I was sort of thinking the Sunba with it's 20x. You could set it for whatever suits your fancy as the generic zoom level, but still have everything available...
