Need help choosing the right switch

need to replace a poe switch, looking for a 16 port @ 150 watt with an internal power supply,
maybe a small quite fan as it will be located inside a closet, using 10-12 hd cams.

Just put into service a Dahua PFS 3226-24ET-240 unmanaged POE switch. It is replacing a NVR-5216-16P-I/L Dahua 16 port POE NVR. The NVR is rather noisy, but the switch is not.
