Need help ignoring static images

Hello,

I recently installed some Amcrest 4K cameras outside our church. I'm using CodeProject.AI, and the issue I'm having is that I'm getting constant alerts of our pastor's vehicle in the parking lot in the Alerts tab. I see the AI is detecting the vehicle. I have played around in the Static Images tab within the camera in Blue Iris, but I don't think I'm doing it correctly. Is there a way to only alert me if his vehicle or any vehicle has been static for like 2 hours or so, and then alert me until the vehicle has moved? Also, I'm not sure if another post would help, but we have a gas meter outside, and it keeps alerting me that it's a person. I currently have it masked off in the camera itself to show a black box so the AI doesn't keep detecting it. Are there any better ways? I just started with Blue Iris around 3 days ago and have a lot to learn.

Also I'm using the latest Code Project AI as well as the latest Blue Iris

I was puzzling how to get this to work. I emailed Blue Iris support.

This was Ken's answer:

"For normal operation (ignore static objects) ... just leave the rules box blank. No rules required."

So leave the configuration window alone.

Just turn on static object analysis on the AI Configuration window.

This has worked for me, except...

I did finally discern that for one parked car that is typically behind branches that blow in the wind, I will get alerts when the branches move. That kind of makes sense to me, the image of the car is changing.
