Need Help or Suggestions for Sharing .jpg Image to Wunderground

He was my hero when growing up. Always wanted to be a PI but ended up a computer geek, oh well.. BTW: feature request sent to BlueIrisSoftware, will let you know the outcome
 
So I've got a reply from BI after I raised a feature request. I guess this means it's not on top of their priority list.
The encoder does not have a size limit ... so basically Blue Iris would have to try your quality, check the size, then continuously lower the quality until the size was reached. Not terribly CPU intensive in itself, but does add to the overall demand on the system. Do-able.

I guess we are stuck with the % option for now..
 
I'm trying Blue Iris for the 1st tine. I have trued different setting and can't get it to FTP to Wunderground. Not sure of all the settings like changing the image to jpg or if I am properly triggering it. I'm using a Logictech C270. Thought there might be a forum for just Blue Iris but haven't found one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
