Need help setting up IP Webcam app/Phone

Glad to join everyone! I am using the demo of Blue Iris and set up two wansview K1 cameras. Everything is working great and I'll have a ton of questions to set up everything once I pull the trigger and purchase (mostly app push notifications). In the meantime... I have an issue setting up an LG G2 using IP Webcam. My wansview cams look to be using port 80 and IP Webcam wants to use a port above 1024. Do i leave the wansview cams on 80 since they are working and open port forwarding in my router for a port greater than 1024? If so, do I forward those ports to the PC blue iris is installed on? I may possibly have the driver/settings wrong for the smartphone cam in BI... not sure, but it won't connect. Any help is appreciated!
