I5 can't do 50m, that's marketing rubbish. The lux figures there are rubbish (never trust a manufacturer), 2T42WD exactly same as 2342WD if I turn the IR off.

In my experience, for distances up to 20m, DS-2CD2232-I5 > DS-2CD2T42WD-I5 > DS-2CD2342WD-I. That's right, I still rate the 3MP DS-2CD2232-I5 for night. There's no replacement for IR being flooded like it does.

If you have a Hikvision system then only buy Hikvision cameras for it (there are a few exceptions). Don't mix and match Hikvision and Dahua.

8mm lens is what you need for there. Not sure they do that so you might have to go with 6mm.

Why not a Huisun 10x PTZ?
Is the no mixing recommendation specific to only folks using nvrs?

In general yes but mixing brands mean you'll need more than one app to access remotely too.
Thanks. I'm running BI and it's been able to handle multiple brands.

BlueIris is software,
I use Hikvision NVR, for example, I have one Foscam camera connected to the NVR, I can't control on the Motion detecation via NVR.
