Need help with a 24 camera system for Restaurant

Hello,

I'm brand new to the forum and would like to ask for assistance on a camera setup for a restaurant. We are planning to install 12 outdoor cams, 4 PTZ cameras for dining area, and 8 indoor cameras. Any recommendations would help. As a rundown this is all I know so far on what we need.

PC - 32 terabytes of HD
32 port switch (in case of future additions)
4 - PTZ indoor cameras
12 - outdoor cameras
8 - decent indoor cameras
2 boxes of 1000' cat 6 cable and connectors

Please advise on which reliable vendors to purchase from.

if you are unsure of what vendor to buy your equipment from, you may need more help than you think. Do you have the brand of camera equipment and model numbers picked yet? How did you come up with 32 terrabytes of storage, and two boxes of wire looks good on paper, but you may save yourself a ton of time by making multiple runs out of your network room at one time with multiple cables.

Do you have an idea of what brand equipment that you want to use?

I was thinking of using Dahua.

Sound choice. I am assuming that you are going to be installing this setup yourself? There are some options out there for vendors that sell branded dahua and non branded dahua.
