Need help with NVR purchase decision priories

I've been reading and narrowed down to two models, the NVR608-32-4KS2 (ultra series, no H.265+) and the NVR5832-4KS2 (PRO series with h.265+ support) the ultra series had dual core Intel vs quad core arm in the pro, and few other features. My main issue is with the absence of h.265+ in the ultra. I'm hoping there is someone here that can help sway me one way or the other. I have a huge mix of 24 cameras using both compressions, but I'm also adding an SD8A840Vl-HNI, which is a 4k 40x H.265+ ultra series starvis PTZ, and I want the best performance from it.
