Need narrow width POE cam

Hi Folks

I am looking for a narrow width cam, needs to fit an area about an inch wide to peep out of. Goes between a fence. Maybe 2 inches room behind on the body size will fit but the lens needs to be small

This will be installed down low to read plates in a back ally


Any suggestion greatly appreciated

You find you will be hard pressed to read plates with such a cam.

I was also looking for something which could be easily overlooked and less obvious and this is what I found during my search:

When you are looking for putting a lens in a tighter spot you will be looking at something along the "pinhole" type of cameras... which typically means a bit more pricey and wide FOV - thus limited ID range.

Also possible to build something out of a Raspberry Pi with a Pi Camera.

None of the above seemed to get the image quality I was looking for the price point I was willing to pay, thus that aspect got put on hold and I just mounted a Dahua starlight camera to cover the view I wanted.
