Morning all,
I'm new to this forum (see noob introduction section) and I'm looking for help to choose a PTZ for the home CCTV network I want to build.
My requirements are: PTZ IP camera, power over Ethernet, over 30m IR preferably 100m and good optical zoom. I thought I'd found what I was looking for in the Hikvision DS-2DE5184-AE until someone on this forum kindly pointed out that this is a non-IR camera. I was pretty sure I'd found a Hikvision in the last few days for about £800 (I've done hours and hours of research and surfing into CCTV lately!) but I can't seem to find it now, maybe I've been surfing CCTV too much and started dreaming about it too
Someone pointed me towards Dahua equipment but I can't seem to see any POE stuff on the webpage?
