Need to recommend a system for a family member... looking for suggestions

My system that works exceptionally well is based on all cameras from Andy and Blue Iris. I have a family member that would like to install a camera system. They would never be able to use BI, so I'm looking for NVR options that are user friendly. I know nothing about NVRs but plan to start researching tonight. Thanks!

About once per week I get a text or call because they can't figure something out...

If I had it over to do again, I would have put in BI lol.

+1^^^ to BI if they agree to the additional expense for a dedicated PC that meets (or exceeds) the min. requirements.
Plus, you can maintain their server remotely.
