The neighbor up the street had is catalytic convertor stolen the other night. I was able to get video of the car going by and the license plate which was tough. The car is 20 years old along with the plates and they do not show up that well. I will not show the longer 5 minute video but a short edited one of the car going by both ways. I gave this information plus more to the neighbor.
By the way the plate number is 4ZJL166. I was able to go frame by frame and get the plate number. The numbers and letters would fade in and out and that actually made it easier to get the whole plate number.
The car is also red. I wonder if the police will do anything?
