Nest / camera recommendation

I was going to do surveilance and bought 3x nest cameras only to see they are all locked behind an extremely expensive pay wall and "no" possibility to run them locally (they work in blue iris, but who know how long that method will work).

So I decided to return the cameras.

Was thinking to go on using Blue Iris.

Can someone reccomend some good HD Wifi cameras preferable that can be rotated / moved, works flawless with Blue Iris and can be used outside (Snow, rain, cold etc) and of course be able to find them on ebay or so.

Currently best Dahua camera?

Also, WiFi in general for security cameras is not very reliable - so most of us have decided to go the PoE route due to reliability.
