Netcat PTZ (30X Zoom HD 1080P 2.0MP Outdoor IP/IR) browser plugin [IE9]

I had some issues getting the live video stream to work via IE9 web browser (Vista64).
The plugin would not install due to a java script error.
You can manually download and install the plugin from:
https://codeload.github.com/GitHub-Z/plugin/zip/master

Default Cam IP: 192.168.0.99
This plugin has enabled the configuration settings/ functions of the IPC but still no vid.
Mozilla firefox 43.0.1 ,on the other hand, installed a plugin called npnsstPlugin.dll and works fine after allowing the plugin.

Hit F12 and open in emulation mode of IE7.
