Netgear LTE 4G Broadband Modem

We have been using a Netgear 4G LTE modem (Model LB 1120) successfully for nearly 4 years to access the Verizon network for Internet access (on a data plan) at a remote location where wideband Internet is not available. We've been successful in keeping data usage under 1 GB / month, for operation and monitoring of 5 IP cameras running BI. Today we switched Verizon accounts from one individual to another, and Verizon is telling us they no longer support the device. (It's still being advertised on Amazon and elsewhere for precisely the same type of application). I was wondering if anyone has bumped into this problem, and has identified a work-around.
