NetTime - not updating cameras?

NetTime is installed and working. All cameras are synchronized from NetTime.

The issue I am seeing is that even though NetTime is updated to Daylight savings time and is currently accurate, the cameras are all not displaying the new time.
(note: This is Tuesday, three days after Daylight Savings time change.)

I have even manually updated NetTime as well as checked to be sure it is the most current version.

Is there something I need to do or should I go into each individual camera and force an update?

Interesting. I thought that the cameras would check NetTime running on the BI machine and adjust their time accordingly.
NetTime is showing the new time.

It is in incorrect assumption. NetTime basically just synchronizes universal time, but the camera still needs to know what the time zone offset is, and needs to know when DST starts and stops so that it displays the correct time.

You can see my nettime and camera show the same time, but we need DST on for it to be correct.

Yeah maybe one day they will set up the time that if you select NTP, you can select universal time instead of a time zone!
