I setup a router firewall rule to block outbound traffic from my cameras. cameras are in 192.168.2.150-192.168.2.190. This seems to be working properly.
my BI/nettime server is 192.168.2.100 (where i installed the nettime app as a service, with 'allow other computers to sync to this computer' checked). nettime app is getting the time from it's list of timeservers but i cannot get the time from one of my hikvision's interface ('failed connection to the test server', which is 192.168.2.100 port 123).
I assume i still have a firewall issue on the BI/nettime server. windows firewall rules are attached. any ideas what i'm doing wrong? thank you.
edit: i think i solved this. i had to stop the windows time service.
