New Dahua Cam adding up error

Hello:

I am trying to add the new cam to the system running on BI but keep having few errors.
My steps:

• Connected cam via SWITCH to the existing system
• Accessed the new cam via ConfigTool and found it successfully initialized it.
• Changed the original IP address to the local LAN and now can't access the cam via the browser and on SMART PSS it shows as "offline"
• I can see the cam in SMART PSS but it shows as "offline" and I can't change settings there for this cam.

Please let me know where I screwed up. Thanks!

Use the config tool to find it again, and see if you made a mistake in the IP address.

Config tool founds it easily but it shows as offline for some reason. Just shows that the cam is initialized and the IP which is correct.
SmartPSS also shows the cam as "offline" and I can't access the settings for this reason.

How are you powering the camera?
Did you make the cable?

POE via cable via SWITCH Zyxel.

I was able to fix that issue to manually rest the camera and add it again using the Zyxel web access. Thank you all.
