Trying to troubleshoot an issue after install a new Google router (Nest WiFi Pro). My two Amcrest cams are working, but my three Hikvision cams are dead. I noticed the Amcrest cams have new IP addresses, but I cannot connect to the Hikvision cams. IP addresses were 192.168.1.xx and the Amcrest cams now have 192.168.86.xx. Using SADP Tool can see that Hikvision IPs are still 192.168.1.xx. I've moved network lines to different POE ports, but only the Amcrest cams will work. I tried to ping the cams, but no luck. Anyone know a fix for this? Could I have three cams go out at the exact same time? Are my Hikvision cams not compatible with the new Google router? I did try to reset one of the cams with no luck. Any help is much appreciated.

It's a static IP addressing issue most likely.
the Amcrest were reassigned an IP in the range of the new router, by the router because they must have been left on defaults of " dynamic" for IP addressing.
put the old router back online and go into the HIkvisions and change their IP addressing Scheme to something in the 192.168.86.xxx
for example if 1 of the Hik's was 192.168.1.133.....then make it 192.168.86.133
if you pushed the reset button The default IP address for most Hikvision cameras is 192.168.1.64. To connect to the camera using this IP address, your computer must be on the same subnet.
but now you likely have 3 cameras set to 192.168.1.64.
this will be a conflict.
unplug 2 of them and straighten them out 1 at a time.

Thanks for the input. The Google tech took my old router (go figure), so I'll have to figure out how to how to get the computer and the cams on the same subnet. I only reset one cam, so only one has the 192.168.1.64 address.

You should be able to login to the new router, and change the .86 to a .1

Update: I was able to use the SADP Tool to manually change the camera IP address on one camera to the range of 192.168.86.xx and I am now able to see the camera. I just added to my Blue Iris and all is good with the world once again. You guys are so awesome. Thanks!

Thank you Flintstone61. Cameras are working again and I'll get them added back to Blue Iris.

Just so you know, the Google upgrade to a new Nest router was a pain in the rear. Thursday night I clicked on a link in my email to request the upgrade. At that moment my internet stopped working and Google said they could not reactivate my existing router. They would send a tech on Saturday afternoon. I was boiling mad these last couple days. Google support said this happens to a "few" customers, but I know many neighbors that had this happened and the Google tech that came to my house said it is happening all over to many customers. My new router showed up today and I installed it myself, but then the camera issue came up. Just so frustrating when my old router was working fine. I just kept thinking "Why did I click on the stupid request button." Should have used what I had until it broke. Only thing not working now is my remote access to Blue Iris. It works when I'm home and phone is connected to my wireless, but not when I'm away. Anyway, THANKS to everyone again! You guys rock!

Another Update: Remote access has been restored. Under the Settings I selected the Web Server tab and used the Remote Access Wizard. Now I can once again access my cameras from anywhere.
