New GUI exposure settings not available

Hello everyone,

I have learned on this forum to enhance the image of the camera's using manual shutter and gain. Since the new WEB layout / GUI from Dahua i cannot reach the exposure settings anymore.
I see it but it is 'greyed out'. Any thoughts or ideas to solve this? See image below;

One item up is AI SSA - have you enabled that? If so that may disable some settings. Also under encode are you using plain general?

And then of course, which browser are you using? Even though it isn't supposed to be browser dependent, it still works best with Explorer, not Edge with IE mode or Chrome.

Hi Wittaj, You got it right!
Yes it was enabled by default. Did not notice that at all. I turned of AI SSA and all settings are available.
