New HDW4300C locks up only when added to NVR4208

Any reason why my new install of a HDW4300c would reboot the camera once it is added to the NVR4208 to manage? When the camera is not added to the NVR4208 it works fine, no reboot, and can be viewed on iDMSS and Internet Explorer with no issues / no reboots.

Reset camera to defaults - no resolve
Flashed to newer firmware: 2.420.0002.0.R, build : 2014-07-24 - no resolve
Tested network cable end to end

Looking for suggestions to further troubleshoot.

Resolution: I upgraded the HDW4300c to the following firmware version and all issues have gone away.

Firmware: 2.420.0009.0.R, build : 2015-11-06

HDW4300c no longer randomly reboots when added to the NVR4208. Must have been some mismatch on firmwares between cam and NVR since didn't impact SmartPSS.
