Use the IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E can suit for most home users. The ANPR one for business project is better

I recently installed an Axis LP cam that was fairly monstrous... and yes, it works quite well. 13" from wall to lens face with another 4" of sun visor. Just over 5 lbs. Sadly, not mine.

I've installed one of the new axis LPR's too. Quality control issues, took 2 RMA's to get a full functional ones. I get better reads with the 7442-Z4 though for 1/3 the price.

I got a price from Official European channels and it was in the same price range as the 7442H-Z4, 750€ / 900$.

So, hopefully Andy would be able to offer in the 500$ range.
