Just joined this morning and looking to setup a pair of outdoor webcams that will stream 7*24 via YT.

We have a herd of dwarf nigerian goats and a well attended bird feeding station as well as a weather station so are looking to provide webcams for them all.

After spending hours trying to find a suitable outdoor camera ($100-$200) which fits the bill I gave up and joined! It seems MANY of the cameras require you to use their software as opposed to allowing you to stream to YT etc.

Looking forward to learning more in the coming days!

Thanks for the reply. I am looking I think at something more like an outdoor camera that is capable of a 7*24 stream. I have created a wireless IP link to the goat house via two IPLInk 5GHZ modules. My plan is to then plug in maybe two POE cameras, one for the goats and another for the bird feeding station.

I have a Foscam at present which we use in the doe house but that requires the use of a Foscam app to view the feed so not ideal. I need a camera that can stream to Youtube, maybe using OBS to create that stream.
