I have had to replace my PTZ cam with a new DS-2DE4A425IW-DE. Problem is that I am having issues with viewing it in my Chrome browser (I have the IE emulator plugin). In total I have 5 cams. When I disconnect the new PTZ, the viewing is fine, for the other 4 cams, in Chrome, but when I add the new cam, Chrome crashes, and will not allow live view of that new cam, or any of the other cams. I am running Win11, so no Internet Explorer available.
I also notice that attempting to log into the new PTZ, there appears to be a lag in connecting to it. I have looked at the network settings, and they appear to be the same as the other cams. All cams connect directly to my NVR. I can view all cams successfully via IVMS-4200
Any suggestions on what may be wrong?
