New set up questions.

I am getting blurry images when there is movement. ie a person walking. How can I minimize this? Stationary image is crisp.

the shutter speed has to be increased; as a result the image will either become darker or much noiser.. probably wont help you much unless you add more light.

what about lower resolution, change frame rate? Ive trade frame rate change in bi and the config, but they dont change the frame rate.

what camera / chipset would you recommend thats good bank for buck? I was hoping for resolution 2688 x 1512

Dont play the Megapixel/Resolution game, Low light capabilities are all about the photons... not pixels.

That needs to be adjusted at the camera. BI goes off of the cameras settings, so changing them in BI won't do anything.

in the example above frame rate is set to 5, but bi andriod app shows 18 fps

I dont think I need variable focal, just an outdoor bullet camera. What do your recommend? There is a number of Dahua. Are they all as good?
