Noticed on Nelly's website that there apparently is a redesign of the 4mp bullet camera. I know Nelly's is not using the classic Hik model numbers but this is the first time I have noticed the new case. Supposedly an OEM design. I'm wondering if any difference in specifications??

Good catch but it doesn't correspond to the picture in the datasheet they link to.
Also, looking at the 2016 catalog which has a whole pile of unannounced cameras:

Not only does it exist, but I'm holding one in my hand right now. Just received today from Nelly's. I had downloaded that pdf yesterday and could not find a similar camera.
Definitely looks just like the camera Nelly's is selling. Again, they referred to it as a Hikvision OEM.

I have seen before rebranded Hikvision's which different external casing.
If it is not Hikvision, it will not be Hik branded, will not have Hik box, and it will not have standard Hik firmware (but it is usually easier to use the Hik firmware, than it is with chinese region cameras).

By branded do you mean labeling on the camera? It looks exactly like the camera in the Nelly's link above. Came in a brown box with no identification on box or on camera. Enclosed instruction booklet and mini-disc have no mention of Hikvision. Does mention SDAP software.
The camera just arrived so not installed yet. Can't comment on firmware. Nelly's is a class act so can't imagine an issue. Just surprised these popped up without anybody else mentioning.
