Perhaps your Web Link to smart PSS was an american URL?
Is your PC running English? if so. try uninstalling the software, and switching to Your language, and re-install the software?

I used the official link.
I am in Spain, and I use Spanish. Inside the software installation, there is a language folder where all the languages supported by the software are listed, but I was not given the option to choose any other language, only English.
Yes, I found that link too, but I don't trust downloading software from unknown places, plus it will be completely out of date. Thank you!

Yes, that's the version I have installed, and I also downloaded it from the same site. Anyway I'm going to uninstall with RevoUninstaller which removes everything from the root, to see if I can fix it. Thanks!
Unfortunately, that version of SmartPSS is only for the English language, reinstalling it won't fix anything and you won't get another language...
It's the same with me, because I installed that version too!

It is just the website, or their P2P servers as well and thus impacting push notifications and viewing for some that don't VPN?
