I recently migrated everything over to a new system to get more performance, it worked. CPU not getting above 40% where as before I was spiking to 100% any time 2 cameras detected motion with Deepstack.
My issue is BlueIris shows 100% cpu usage when its still low, like 45%.
go to the blue iris settings. click on "other" . in the lower right you will see "cpu usage factor". you can dial in the correct setting according to your actual usage in task manager
