New to BI, can't get Push or Email Alerts?

Will go back and re-review the videos again!

This is odd, so this triggered a couple of hours ago (assume it was a shadow or change in light)



But me walking outside or my son just has a yellow box around it, vs red, and no alert is triggered.

Hmmm....no idea what was causing it. But out of frustration I simply deleted the camera and started over, seemingly with the same settings (with a larger object size of 800 now) and alerts are coming through again, showing up on the stream as well as via email and pushed to my BI app.

Weird.
