Have 7 Hikvision cameras and Hikvision NVR for almost two yrs. w/o issue. My family members (4) all have I-phones, I have an Android. I had to do a factory reset to my phone and ever since I'm able to view the cameras but unable to receive alarm notifications despite enabling all IVMS notifications on my phone (Samsung Note9)
All the other family members phones are viewing cameras as they should and receiving notifications.
I have deleted the app on my phone & reinstalled it but it did nothing to help with alarm notifications....can someone help please?
