I am a newbie here. A newbie to the world to cctv as well.
I have recently purchased and installed a 64ch NVR HIKVISION SYSTEM.
I cannot seem to connect remotely to the NVR using my phone and IVMS4500 app.
I have followed all the steps in terms to scanning QR code and and inputting the code, I get the attached error message.
Please advise.
