Newbie: looking for some suggestions

Hi,

I'm a newbie to IP cameras... :D

I would like to start getting my feet wet and looking for a low-priced PTZ camera, preferrably with PoE, for indoor application.

My intention is to access the video stream via RTSP from a laptop. For this initial trying out I'm not looking for the high quality, high def... I just want to be able to do PTZ and initially the zoom can be digital. Eventually I'd upgrade to HD (720 or 1080 @30fps) and optical zoom.

Can someone suggest something lower than US$100 for me to play with?

Thanks... but for starters I was looking at something under $100. I know foscam isn't a good camera, but for doing tests I'd have to assume it's good enough?
 
Why not just get a DS-2CD2420F-IW ? This is much better than getting a crappy D1 resolution PTZ camera, you won't need the PTZ function with that resolution.
