I am trying to create a video door camera and doorbell system for my house and purchased three DSKB8113-IME1 cameras and one DS-KH6320-WTE1 controller. The serial number is Q03861154 and firmware level is V2.1.10 build 200713
The IVMS-4200 connects to the three DS-KB8113 cameras but will not connect to the DS-KH6320-WTE1. It gets an error code Hikvision Device error code libdag.dylib(5030) Device not supported.
Do I need newer firmware? I did try to follow the upgrade process on the DS-KH6320 but it replies an upgrade cannot be found.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Jim
