Newby here , first ip camera & setup ?

Hi , bought my first Ip hikvision camera to start a system for around home , ds 2cd2342wd-1 , added a poe switch for now & will add a Nvr & more cams later . Love the image , just learing & trying out locations re future lense sizes . First up having issues trying to remote view , Installed ivms4500 no luck there , trying Ezyvid app on android & again no luck both issues are password type of issues re the camera getting further along in setup for both ivms & ezyvid just not letting me go any further . My supplier said password is on bottom of camera but is not that I can see , ive entered all relevervant info on the cam still no good inc usermane admin etc etc .
Tried the PS2 on ivms no good either just wont add the camera , reconizes the serial number but that it .

I can live view no problems .
Question , will adding a nvr now make it a whole lot easier to remote view from another Country on holidays ?

If you have a some what of a powerful pc laying around, I would look into blue Iris, nexted I would look into a good vpn I personally like open VPN . Their is tons more on remote viewing but I don't have time to explain it alll right now . Sorry can't be more help right now, but their is a lot to this you don't just start opening ports up. I'm guessing you already knew this.

ok got it too work , discovered the password to these camera's is case sensitive ( all capitals ) plus dont add a symb ( / ) i found if in the password .
