NFS - Bricked

Ok I was trying to solve my issue with NFS going uninitialized even after a successful format.

I was following this thread to accomplish this
Solving some NFS issues on Hikvision cameras

This is the Camera (DS-2CD2032)
Firmware Version V5.2.0 build 140721
Encoding Version V5.0 build 140714

I copied the davinci.tar.gz off to the nfs mount /mnt/nfs000, extracted the file out to just a davinci flat file. Used Hex editor and found
5001DCC09DE54900001A0B005CE14700001A
and change it to
5001DCC09DE5000000000B005CE100000000

Saved the file, and then retarred and gzd the file. Copied it back to my nas and then to /dav. Did a reboot and the camera never came online. I've tried a reset holding the reset button for 30 seconds and I do see it come online to 192.0.0.64 with the SADP Tool but I can't use my browser to the ip address (yes my pc is on that same subnet). It only pings, no web response....it wants to, if I hit the webpage ip, it starts a redirect to http://192.0.0.64/doc/page/login.asp?_1506958877345 but then a page not found.

Telnet does seem to be responding but it won't let me in with admin/12345

Any help on getting this camera back would be appreciated.

OK I was able to get it back. You have to telnet in with root/12345

Once I was in I copied the old davincic.ta.gz file back.
