I have both the ITC237-PU1B-IR and ITC237-PW1B-IRZ license plate cameras. Both of these are supposed to have Audio inputs based on their spec sheets and indeed the cameras do have the physical inputs but can't find any audio settings in the web interface. I tried connect up an amplified mic to both cameras and get no audio. I tried the exact same amplified mic on some other Dahua cameras I have and it works great so the issue is not with the microphones. I suspect Audio isn't turned on in the settings but does anyone know how to make the Audio settings appear?

Spec sheet clearly states they have audio inputs:
And the cameras physically have the inputs. They are nicely labeled too, so why wouldn't they support audio?
