No clip video on iOS app after enabling record continuous + alerts

Hey guys;

I recently enabled continuous + alert recording on one of my cameras. Ever since, when trying to view clips on my iPhone, I can only hear audio, there's no video.

Has anyone else seen this issue? I'm running 5.4.6.3

The only thing I can think of that may be an issue is that my main stream is H265 and my sub stream is H264H
 
I do not have an issue on the Android app, but I bet the issue is the difference in coding. You should run main and substream at the same coding and same FPS.

Thanks guys, I switched the main and sub streams to use the same codec, (both on plain h264) made sure fps, iframe intervals and everything was the same for both. I still have the issue. It's only on the iOS app, so something tells me it may be a bug in the app? I sent Ken an email. I guess we'll see.
 
So I've been speaking with Ken and the crew about this and he fixed it in the latest rev. (5.4.9.15) I figured I'd post this update just in case someone else had this issue or came across this thread.
