No full screen in ipad

Earlier I just double clicked a camera and got full screen. It doesnt work anymore.

If I remember correct it was also possible to click one of the cameras in the "all cameras" view and then that camera was showed. Doesnt work anymore.

earlier you were'nt on ios 10 were you?

probably going to have to report this to BI Support directly.. likely introduced in new iOS release.

Try reinstalling the app. If that doesn't work, I'd email support and let them know about it so they can fix it.

Change the "PTZ via video touch" did the trick
