No longer checking for updates?

I am running 4.2.8.6 on Windows 10 x64 and noticed that BI is no longer prompting me to load updates. I tried rebooting but nothing changed. I checked and the setting to prompt to load updates is checked. Am I missing something?

It may be that he is not pushing the update to auto update...you can manually update to 9.0 from the website.
