No notifications when on mobile data, only works on wifi; live feed available on wifi and data

Hi,

I am currently on 4.8.1.3 x64 and my phone is an Android with 2.0.60. I have 5 cameras connected to BI, and have had no problems for around 2 years now. I never had mobile data but using wifi at different places always worked. Recently, I signed up with a mobile data plan (4G) and was unable to get Push Notifications on it.

When I do the test with Push Alert it says "Test message sent to 1 device" but I get nothing. Viewing the camera streams on mobile data was fine however. When I sign back into wifi, push notifications work again.

I've reinstalled my phone app and updated the software on my computer already.
I've also tried ports 81 and 8081.

Some help would be appreciated.

ensure there are not data or power saving features active.

There are neither features active since I tried sending test alerts when the BI app is running and phone unlocked. On wifi I would get an alert but on data nothing happens until I get back on wifi.
