No PIR in Dahua cameras?

Is there any reason this isn't common place with these cameras? Thermal detection would seem to help with false alarms common to motion sensors.

PIR's are useful in some scenarios and not so much in others. Compared with IVS - there are more smarts around using software to filter out false positives which works very well.

Many of their cams have alarm in, which allows you to not only use a better pir sensor that could ever be built into a camera but also place the PIR in an optimal location which is usually not the same place as the camera itself.
